Buy a bag at any point in the year and until the following July, you'll have access to special deals and sales!  On the 3rd Saturday of every month (and the Friday before it), 35th Avenue hosts Bill's Black Bag Days.  Anyone who comes in with a bag gets a freebie and a coupon sheet of specials, such as a discount off Bill's Secret Stash fabric.
