PETALS AND PEDALS C11145-CORAL

Inspiration for Petals and Pedals, by Jill Finley for Riley Blake Designs, came from an old historic home-site not far from the designer's home which is now part of a park. There are hiking and biking trails throughout. Part of the park contains a field of bright red poppies intermingled with yellow roses, oaks, maples, and sagebrush. Each year when the flowers bloom, happy bikers pedal up and down the trails to visit these flowers that bloom freely without a gardener, or irrigation, fertilizer, or pruning, giving pleasure to their many visitors. Says, Ms. Finley, "Happy Pedaling - and I hope you can find some poppies along the way!" Quilting fabric, 100% cotton material, 43/44" wide.
